Handyman Plumbing, Honestly Scoped

I handle the plumbing work that does not need a full plumbing contractor: fixture swaps, repairs, and replacements you want done right, without a service-call markup. I am a handyman serving Henderson and the whole Las Vegas valley, and plumbing jobs like these are some of the most common calls I get.

What I Handle

  • Faucet replacement, kitchen and bath
  • Garbage disposal replacement and rewiring the switch if needed
  • Toilet repairs and full replacements, fill valves, flappers, wax rings
  • P-trap and sink drain replacement
  • Supply line and angle stop replacement
  • Showerhead and tub spout swaps
  • Dishwasher hookups
  • Finding and exercising your main shutoff so you know it works before you need it

When You Need a Licensed Plumber Instead

Repipes, slab leaks, gas lines, water heater replacement, and anything behind the meter belong with a licensed plumbing contractor. If your job crosses that line, I will tell you straight and I will not take it. That honesty is why people call me back for the jobs I do handle.

Leaks Leave Damage Behind

A supply line or valve that has been weeping for months usually leaves a soft spot in the drywall below it. After the leak is fixed, water-damage drywall repair takes care of the wall, and I handle both in one visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you replace water heaters?

No. Water heater replacement requires a licensed plumbing contractor in Nevada, and I stay inside handyman scope. I can help you diagnose whether the heater is actually the problem, and I can recommend who to call.

A hum usually means a jam, and that is often a five-minute fix with the hex key. If the motor is seized or the unit is leaking from the body, replacement is the honest answer, and most swaps take about an hour.

Either way. I can pick up the faucet, disposal, or toilet for you, or you can buy exactly what you want and I install it. If you send me the model you are considering, I will tell you whether it fits before you buy.

Text me a photo and I will tell you two things right away: how to shut off the water to that fixture so it stops getting worse, and the soonest I can be there.
