Ceiling Fan Installation

Las Vegas & Henderson, NV

Fans That Spin True and Stay Put

In a valley with five months of triple digits, a ceiling fan is not decoration. It is the difference between a bedroom you can sleep in and one you cannot. I install and replace fans across Las Vegas and Henderson, and I do it the way the manufacturer intended: on a fan-rated box, balanced, and quiet.

What I Handle

  • Replacing an existing fan or light fixture with a new fan
  • Fan-rated box installation when the existing box is not up to the job
  • Vaulted and high ceilings with angled mounts and downrods
  • Remote and wall-control setup
  • Fixing wobble, clicking, and hum on fans you already own
  • Smart fans and app-controlled models

The Fan-Rated Box, Explained

A standard light fixture box is not built to carry a spinning fifteen-pound machine. If your new fan is going where a light used to be, the box in the ceiling usually has to be swapped for a fan-rated one anchored to framing. It is the difference between a fan that runs quietly for a decade and one that works itself loose. This is part of my broader electrical services, and I check it on every install before wiring anything.

Pricing

Flat rate, quoted before I start. A straight swap on a standard ceiling is a quick job. New boxes, tall ceilings, and first-time installs where no fixture existed each add to the price, and I will tell you exactly what yours needs from photos. I also handle light fixture and recessed lighting installation if the fan is part of a bigger lighting refresh.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you put a fan where there is only a light now?

Usually, yes. The wiring is typically already there. The box is the question, and swapping in a fan-rated box is a normal part of the job.

Not necessarily. Wobble is usually a balance or mounting issue, and both are fixable. If the motor is failing you will hear it, and I will tell you honestly which it is.

Either way. Buy the one you want and I install it, or tell me the room size and ceiling height and I will recommend and pick one up.

A straight replacement runs about an hour. A new fan-rated box or a tall ceiling adds time, and I will give you the real estimate with the quote.
